Standard delivery
Each piece is carefully prepared before it leaves our hands. Standard delivery within the United States takes 15โ20 business days from the date your order is confirmed. If we have your piece in stock locally, we will reach out to let you know it can ship sooner.

Pieces made to your measurements or larger orders may require additional time as each item is crafted individually. We will confirm your timeline at the time of order and keep you updated every step of the way.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. All domestic shipments are sent via USPS with tracking included so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Each piece arrives in our deep emerald gift box, embossed with the Emerald Libas crest in gold.
Your outfit is wrapped in our EL monogram tissue paper, sealed with a wax emblem.
The box is finished with a hand-tied Emerald Libas ribbon โ ready to gift, no wrapping needed.

We currently ship within the United States only. Worldwide shipping is on its way and will be available soon.
In the meantime, if you are outside the US and would like to place an order, we would love to hear from you. Reach out directly and we will do our best to work something out.

All orders arrive gift-ready in our signature packaging. If you are sending directly to a recipient, let us know and we will leave out the invoice.
