Sizing & Fit
We offer XS through XXL. S, M, and L are typically in stock. XS, XL, and XXL are available as custom orders — reach out to us at info@emeraldlibas.com before ordering and we will confirm availability and lead time.
Yes — every piece can be made to your exact measurements at no extra charge. Just contact us before placing your order and we will take care of the rest.

We recommend sizing up. Our silhouettes are designed with ease, and our team can always adjust the fit for you. You can also send us your measurements and we will advise the best option.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon. If you are outside the US and would like to place an order, email us at info@emeraldlibas.com and we will do our best to work something out.
Standard delivery takes 15–20 business days from order confirmation. If your piece is in stock locally, we will reach out to let you know it may ship sooner. Custom or large orders may require additional time — we will confirm your exact timeline at the time of order.
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. All domestic orders are sent via USPS with full tracking included.
Every order arrives in our signature deep emerald gift box, wrapped in EL monogram tissue paper, hand-tied with an Emerald Libas ribbon, and includes a personal gratitude card. Your order is completely gift-ready — no extra wrapping needed.
Absolutely. All orders arrive gift-ready in our signature packaging. If you are sending directly to a recipient, let us know and we will leave out the invoice.
Please make sure your address is correct at checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at info@emeraldlibas.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
Returns
All sales are final. Due to the delicate nature of our handcrafted and embroidered pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed. We encourage you to review our size guide and reach out with any questions before ordering.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@emeraldlibas.com with clear photos and your order details. We will evaluate the issue and offer a suitable solution at our discretion.
Because each piece goes into production quickly after an order is confirmed, we are unable to guarantee cancellations. Please reach out to us immediately at info@emeraldlibas.com and we will do our best to assist.

Yes. All pieces can be made to your exact measurements at no extra charge. For larger or fully custom orders, timelines are confirmed at the time of order and we will keep you updated every step of the way.

We carry a selection of ready pieces in S, M, and L. XS, XL, and XXL are made to order. Custom sizing is also available for any piece at no extra cost.

Every piece in our collection is hand-embroidered by skilled artisans — no shortcuts, no machine shortcuts. We source only premium fabrics including Pakistani Raw Silk, Velvet, Lama Silk, and Tussar Silk. Because each piece is handmade, no two are ever truly identical. You are not buying something off a rack. You are wearing something made with genuine care.
